i. How and when do I receive my payments?
Payments are made automatically on a monthly basis. On each 15th of a month, we pay for the previous month. For example, on February 15th we pay January's balance.
Currently we support 3 payment methods:
- Check – (sent by regular mail).
- Wire Transfer. $35 bank charge is deducted from commission balance.
- PayPal.
We will issue your payment when your accumulative account balance reaches the $200 minimum threshold. When your monthly balance does not reach $200, it is added to next month's payment.
If you wish to cash out before your balance reaches the $200 threshold for a special reason, or wish to accumulate your balance and cash out manually, contact your GammonEmpire personal agent or write to us at

ii. How are my profits calculated?
The formula for calculating your revenues is as follows:
Your Revenue = %% * (Players' Commissions MINUS Bonuses MINUS CB), whereas:
Players' Commission = Commission generated by players from Money Games, Match Players and Tournament signup fees.
Bonuses = Periodical or sign-up based money deposits into players account, given usually for customer retention purposes.
CB = Deposits (usually by credit card) that are disputed by players, causing the deposit transaction to be rejected by the processing company. The "house" loss in this case, is the player's Balance MINUS Charge-back Amount, hence CB = ChargeBack Amount – Player Balance.

iii. How can my payment balance be negative?
When the accumulative players' charge backs and/or bonuses exceed their generated commission for the report's time range, your commission will be negative. This can happen for various reasons. Listed below are the three most common ones:
- We suffered a big Charge Back from one of your players.
- Customer Retention bonuses have been handed out to players.
- Your fun players have verified their email address, got the $2 no-deposit bonus and but generated commissions lower than $2.

iv. How do I choose a rewards model?
We offer three types of reward models:
Percentage from the Rake. 20% - 25%
CPA (bounty) – Cost Per Acquisition. $20 - $30 per depositor.
CPL (bounty) – Cost Per Fun Player. $0.5 - $1.5 per free registration.
The highest potential to make revenue is through option (1). However, this takes more time as players do not generate hefty commissions overnight. However, the players are yours forever and will continue to generate income for you as long as they play. Option (2) - CPA is a safer and faster way to be rewarded for your traffic. When your traffic converts, you are rewarded instantly. Option (3) is the safest way to partner with us. You are not dependent on the product's performance to generate profit. Fun Players are free registrations that require nothing but a username and password. Therefore, click/fun conversion is very easy.

v. Can I change my rewards model?
Yes, it is possible to change your rewards model. Please bear in mind that all changes will be effective for future players and cannot be applied retroactively.

i. I need multiple trackers. Do I need to open a new account for each tracker?
You can open as many tracking codes as you want to track different traffic sources. To open a new code, login to your affiliate account and from the menu bar, go to Marketing Tools -> Links And Trackers. You can create there as many tags as you need. Upon opening a new tag, an online referral link will automatically be generated for it. If you wish to associate the tag with an OFFLINE tracker (a sign-up coupon code), please contact your personal agent or write to us at

ii. I can bring players but I don't have a website. What should I do?
Use offline sign-up coupon codes. Apply for affiliation through the sign-up form and choose "Offline" in the Promotion Type. In the "URLs" field, describe briefly how you plan how recruit players.

iii. I opened a test player account and it doesn't show up in the stats. Why?
This can happen for two reasons:
- Your tracking failed because:
- You didn't use the sign-up coupon code that is associated with your affiliate account or used a wrong code.
- Your online tracking code didn't work because:
- You used a wrong code.
- You already visited GammonEmpire before and the code was stored in cookies which weren't erased prior to your last visit.
- The reports are updated every 24 hours at 2:00am GMT time. Wait for the next update and check again.

iv. Can I sign-up my own player account under my affiliate account?
No. It is against our policy to allow affiliates to be rewarded for their own games. If you sign up as a player under your own affiliation code, you will not get the revenue generated by your own play at GammonEmpire and we will terminate your affiliate account.

ii. What types of promotions can I offer my players?
- Free $2 Bonus: A player can have $2 deposited into his account without any obligation, just by verifying his or email address.
- Sign-up Coupons: You can use sign-up coupons which serve both as offline trackers AND as promotional sign-up bonuses. There are 3 types of coupons:
- $5 bonus on a $25 deposit.
- $10 bonus on a $50 deposit.
- $15 bonus on a $100 deposit.
